Paris, April 2026. Singlespot, Europe's leading location data company, today announced the launch of Kura, the first Signal Intelligence technology to change how data is activated in media buying.
Kura breaks with traditional audience targeting. Its real-time, multi-factor signal analysis replaces individual targeting to build setups optimized around concrete, measurable outcomes. Store visits, purchase intent, ad attention: every setup is built and optimized around a measurable goal.
Kura addresses a structural problem in the programmatic market: data and media buying don't talk to each other at the right moment. Data is packaged upstream, sold at a fixed CPM, and activated too late to have a real impact on the purchase decision. In a market now centered on performance, that logic is reaching its limits.
With Kura, Singlespot puts its Signal Intelligence technology to work directly inside the programmatic bidstream. For every buying opportunity, Kura analyzes a real-time combination of behavioral and contextual signals to compute a performance score before the auction. Only the inventory most likely to generate the targeted outcome is kept and aggregated into a private marketplace (PMP) dedicated to the advertiser. As the campaign runs, observed results feed back into the Signal Intelligence engine, which keeps refining itself.
For its launch, Kura applies this logic to store visits with Store Visit PMP. Building on ten years of Singlespot's expertise in deterministic geolocation, the model combines location signals with more than 50 exposure variables to aggregate the inventory most likely to drive store visits. Store Visit PMP is the first of several measurable outcomes; more are already in development and will be rolled out to agencies and advertisers in the coming weeks.
To make this approach activable at scale, Kura relies on an exclusive partnership with Equativ, a major independent adtech player offering omnichannel expertise to the world's largest advertisers. Integration with the Maestro by Equativ media platform will let brands analyze and score every impression before the auction, keeping only the opportunities most likely to deliver the results they're after.
"Advertisers today expect their technology partners to deliver measurable value, beyond simple delivery. With Kura, we're adding a layer of intelligence that qualifies every impression before the auction even happens. Agencies and advertisers can now focus their investment on inventory that directly serves their performance goals and their ROI."
To lead Kura's rollout across Europe, Singlespot is joined by Kevan Abdoli, former General Manager Europe at Adsquare, who comes on board as Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer.
"Performance doesn't come from data alone. It comes from the ability to mobilize the right signals, at the right point in the value chain, and to keep learning from outcomes that are actually observed. That's the logic behind Kura: act before the auction, then keep improving decisions over time through a continuous feedback loop."
Kura runs on Singlespot's infrastructure, built to store and analyze massive volumes of data in real time. Designed to ingest signals from multiple sources, it draws in particular on Singlespot's first-party SDK, deployed on several million devices and proven over the years by leading adtech platforms and the most demanding mobility players in Europe.
"We spent ten years building a data infrastructure whose precision and reliability have been proven by the most demanding players in the market. With Kura, we're betting on putting that infrastructure to work for a programmatic product driven by outcomes."
Kura is available today. It can be activated in self-service via Deal ID on partner DSPs, or as a managed service run by the Kura team, across every programmatic environment: mobile, desktop, CTV and audio.
Kura is the Signal Intelligence engine built by Singlespot. It turns real-time signals into programmatic deals optimized for outcomes. Its first product, Store Visit, draws on Singlespot's deterministic geolocation data to generate measurable footfall at points of sale.
Singlespot is an independent European location data company, on the market since 2015. Its proprietary infrastructure is used by leading adtech platforms, media agencies and mobility players across Europe.
